Refunds & Replacements
Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:

In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of your order date with your order number and details, and we’ll make it right.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are not responsible for damage caused in transit, but we will always do our best to help resolve the issue.
