Because our products are edible goods, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and freshness of our candy for all customers.

No Returns or Exchanges

• All sales are final.

• We cannot accept returned items, even if unopened, due to food safety regulations.

Refunds & Replacements
Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:

• Your order was never received (lost in transit).

• Your order was never delivered to the shipping address provided.

• You received the wrong item(s) due to our error.

In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of your order date with your order number and details, and we’ll make it right.

Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are not responsible for damage caused in transit, but we will always do our best to help resolve the issue.
